AVIA TERAI, CHACO, ARGENTINA - NOVEMBER, 2012: Nadia seated inside her house, with her sister Maria. Nadia Leguizamón. 12 years. She suffers a progressive encephalopathy. Her mom is named María and the names of the sisters are María (the younger one) and Estefanía. All their family is directly in contact with agrochemicals, since their house is continuously affected by the spraying from the air of the fields, located approximately at a distance of 500 meters from their house. The Avia Terai community is constantly affected by the spraying of agrochemicals from aircrafts and spraying machines which do not abide by the legislation in force and which act with complete impunity and with the consent of authorities. These sprayings are made with Gliphosate, 2,4 D, Endosulfan and Chlorpyrifos.
