LAS CHUÑAS, CHACO, ARGENTINA - NOVEMBER, 2012: Carmen together with Juan Carlos inside their home. Juan Carlos Cardoso is 23 years old. He suffers from hydrocephalus and myelomeningocele, apart from cerebral palsy, since the time of his birth and his mother, Carmen, takes care of him. The community of Chuñas is constantly affected by the spraying, from aircrafts and spraying machines, of agrochemical products which do not abide by the legislation in force and act with complete impunity and with the consent of the authorities. The products used for the spraying are Gliphosate, 2,4 D, Endosulfan and Chlorpyrifos.
