RAMADI, IRAQ - NOVEMBER 2007: Major Megan McLung, 43, from Coupeville, takes a photo of the son of one of the most important tribal families in Ramadi, a new ally of the US army in Ramadi. The new strategy for US troops is to create an alliance with the local Sunni tribal groups for the fight against Al Qaeda. One hour after this picture was taken, Major Megan McLung died in an ambush set up with an IED (Improvised Explosive Device), within this tribal ally's territory in Ramadi.
