March 2011. Following the Egyptian Spring, revolution against dictator Muammar el Gadafi explodes in Libya. Both loyal soldiers and rebels urge any foreing person living in the country to leave as soon as possible, only after taking all their belongings and money. Most of them cross the desert by their own means, and manage to get to Ras Ajdir at the tunisian border. A UNHCR camp is built in within days, with the help of the tunisian Army, where tens of thousands of stranded workers wait to be sent to their origin countries, Europe or USA.
